Event Cancellation/Postponement/Repurposing by ARMA:
ARMA continues to monitor the rapidly changing situation, and implications, around the impact, and unknowns, of COVID-19 on InfoCon 2021. As we move ahead with planning, including alternative scenarios, ARMA will continue to be guided by CDC guidelines, governmental & health public policy, and safety guidelines. With that in mind, if ARMA must cancel the in-person event due to low registration; public health issues and/or government policy; or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable, ARMA will offer registrants a full refund. Should ARMA create an alternative-model virtual experience, CORE and PLUS attendees registered prior to the change will receive a credit towards the 2022 Conference. Should ARMA postpone the event ARMA will transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date, with an option to request a full or partial refund. ARMA is not responsible for reimbursement of any registrant’s expenses incurred related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.
Travel Restrictions: In the event that travel restrictions are imposed in the country where the registrant is travelling from, that prohibits the in-person attendance of InfoCon, ARMA will work with you to put the value of registration towards the 2022 Conference.
The deadline to request a full refund for attendees is September 10, 2021. Cancellations for attendees received after September 10, 2021 through October 8, 2021 will receive 50% of the paid registration fees. There will be no refund for requests received after October 9, 2020. A $100 administrative fee will apply to full refunds.
Cancellations must be received by the stated cancellation deadline and will be accepted in writing only via email. No-shows for the event will not receive a refund or credit towards ARMA InfoCon 2022.
All refund requests must be made by the registered attendee or credit card holder and include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used, no later than 30 days after cancellation has been approved.

Virtual Registration: Please note that virtual access is available during and after the conference, as such virtual registration fees are non-refundable.
Substitution of registration is permitted through October 8, 2021 with written consent. Any substitution must be of the same type (that is, Core for Core, Plus for Plus, Member for Member, and Non-Member for Non-Member). The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations. A $100 administrative fee will apply for each substitution.
